La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries continues our growth in Arizona!

With career opportunities throughout the state - including our BRAND NEW Bedrooms & Dining Rooms Store, opened in August - come join a team that has the best of both worlds. We are currently seeking customer-oriented people to consult with clients on their home furnishings purchase decisions. Having a fiery, competitive spirit elevated in a team-based environment will give you an advantage. Through execution of our sales process, our consultants currently earn an average of $55,000 per year selling quality products in addition to our award-winning in-home design service. We are home to 2010's #1 Interior Designer in the Western Region, earning them a place in the La-Z-Boy National Pinnacle Club and a Peak Performance Award.

To ensure your success La-Z-Boy offers a 3 week training program as well as development programs, ongoing corporate support and offsite leadership training through Rapport Leadership International. Sales consultants on average stay with us nearly 5 years!

Skills / Requirements

Professional appearance and dress is a MUST

Previous retail sales experience not required

Excellent communication and computer skills

2 or 4 year college degree preferred

Must be open to work weekends and most holidays.
